1. Be on Time.
- Nothing says “I value your time” more than, well, being on time. Always be a little bit early so you make a good impression.
- Other than being on time, return phone calls immediately and be prompt with replying to emails or inquiries. This, again, shows that you value your clients and customers because you are being efficient with their time.
2. Keep Your Word.
- You are your word. Whatever you say, DO IT!
- Be a good example with everyone you come in contact.
3. Always be Honest.
- Sometimes small things can make a huge difference like saying “Please” and “Thank You”, but most important is being honest no matter what the cost.
- Always show gratitude and appreciation to your clients and customers.
