2- Is my commission calculated after a franchise fee is deducted?
Some Brokerages deduct a Franchise Fee before the commission split is done.
100%-6%=94% then the Agent’s commission split is determined.
Example: if Agent is on 80% splits, they only receive 75.2%
Waldrip Real Estate does not deduct Franchise Fees from Agent’s commissions.
